Distribution of Tasks
The Socrates grant will be distributed among the participating institutes according to their work load in the project. The exact number of work days for each project activity and the exact division to each partner institute can be seen in the budget details (annex). The work between the project partner institutes has been divided according to their specialities. Of the project consortium, 3 partner institutes (TAMK, TTY, BUTE) have already gathered experience in teaching mobile software technology, whereas 2 partner institutes (Ventspils, Liberec), are starting with this field. Thus the partner institutes' roles within the project were divided accordingly: TAMK, TTY and BUTE are concentrating more on the work-intensive teaching material production, whereas Ventspils and Liberec concentrate on testing and evaluating the material and on producing the dissemination material. However, it must be noticed that each partner institute participates in each activity of the project, even though the intensivity of the participation might differ.
